Grade 1 titanium pipes are produced from commercially pure titanium that has a minimum of 99% titanium content, ensuring superior corrosion resistance. The chemical content consists of trace elements of oxygen (not more than 0.18%), iron (not more than 0.20%), and traces of carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen. The pipes exhibit a tensile strength of about 240 MPa and a yield strength of about 170 MPa. They show very good ductility with elongation of as much as 24%, and they are highly tough, ideal for demanding industrial conditions.
