Titanium Boiler Tubing is typically made from Grade 2 (commercially pure titanium) and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). Grade 2 contains ≥99.2% titanium and offers excellent corrosion resistance with a tensile strength of ~350 MPa. Grade 5 includes 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, delivering higher strength—up to 900 MPa. These tubes are lightweight, with low thermal expansion and high thermal conductivity, making them ideal for heat transfer systems. They maintain integrity under high temperatures and resist chemical attack from acids, chlorides, and seawater, ensuring reliable and long-term performance in industrial boiler applications.
