Super Duplex Steel Welded Tubing features around 22% chromium, 5-6% nickel, 3% molybdenum, and 0.14-0.2% nitrogen, offering superior corrosion resistance and tensile strength. Its two-phase microstructure, which is made up of austenite and ferrite, provides high tensile strength, usually 800-900 MPa, and yield strength of about 550-650 MPa. The alloy has superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, hence making it perfect for aggressive chemical environments. Its properties guarantee toughness and durability, even against extreme pressures and temperatures.
