Super Duplex Steel Tubing S32760 has a basic composition of iron with around 25-28% chromium, 6-8% nickel, 3-5% molybdenum, and trace elements of nitrogen and manganese. This well-balanced chemical composition offers outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, S32760 has a high tensile strength of approximately 830 MPa, near yield strength of about 620 MPa, and outstanding toughness. Its duplex microstructure consists of austenitic as well as ferritic phases, providing enhanced strength and resistance to corrosion over conventional stainless steels.
