Super Duplex Steel Tubing S32750 has a well-balanced chemical composition of about 25-28% chromium, 6-8% nickel, 3-5% molybdenum, and trace levels of nitrogen and manganese. This combination provides greater resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting. In terms of strength and toughness, it has very high tensile strength (about 800-900 MPa), yield strength (about 550-700 MPa), and good toughness. Microstructure consists of about equal amounts of austenite and ferrite, which provides greater durability as well as resistance to deformation under adverse temperatures and pressures.
