Aman Pipes and Tubes, located in Hyderabad, India, stands out as a leading manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 348 Tubing. Renowned for its precision engineering and top-notch quality, the company provides tubing solutions that are built to perform reliably even in high-temperature and corrosive settings. Stainless Steel 348 is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel, known for its remarkable resistance to intergranular corrosion and impressive high-temperature strength. With a strong commitment to international standards and the ability to customize production, Aman Pipes and Tubes caters to a variety of industries, including power generation, petrochemical, aerospace, and chemical processing, offering durable and efficient tubing products.
Stainless Steel 348 Tubing is primarily composed of Chromium (17–19%), Nickel (9–12%), and Titanium, which is added in amounts exceeding five times the carbon content to stabilize the alloy. It boasts a tensile strength ranging from 515–750 MPa and a yield strength of about 205–275 MPa, along with good elongation and toughness. The titanium stabilization helps prevent carbide precipitation during welding, which enhances corrosion resistance, particularly against intergranular corrosion. Stainless Steel 348 also maintains excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures, offering superior creep and oxidation resistance up to 900°C, making it perfect for high-stress thermal applications.
