Stainless Steel 347/347H ERW Pipes are made up of Chromium (17–19%), Nickel (9–13%), and Niobium (Columbium/Tantalum ≥ 10xC) for stabilization. SS 347H has a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) compared to SS 347 (≤0.08%), which boosts its performance in prolonged high-temperature applications. These pipes generally exhibit a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of about 205 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 35%. The ERW construction ensures smooth finishes, precise dimensions, and uniform wall thickness. They resist oxidation and stress corrosion cracking, maintaining their mechanical integrity even at temperatures up to 870°C.
