Stainless Steel 321H Pipes are mainly made up of Chromium (17–19%), Nickel (9–12%), and Titanium (≥5xC%) to avoid carbide precipitation during welding. The “H” grade has a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) which enhances its strength at high temperatures. These pipes provide tensile strength ranging from 515–740 MPa and yield strength around 205–275 MPa, along with excellent creep resistance and good ductility. Stainless Steel 321H remains stable and resistant to corrosion in continuous service up to 900°C, making it a great choice for thermal cycling applications. Its mechanical integrity and oxidation resistance make it ideal for challenging industrial conditions.
