Stainless Steel 321 and 321H ERW Pipes are austenitic steels stabilized with titanium and provide high resistance against intergranular corrosion. Standard chemical makeup comprises Chromium (17–19%), Nickel (9–12%), and Titanium (≥5xC%), with minimal Carbon content in 321 and additional Carbon (0.04–0.10%) in 321H for greater high-temperature strength. Both grades have a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and a minimum elongation of 40%. Their mechanical strength and stability at high temperatures make them suitable for use in the kind of heat and stress resistance over long periods of time required in various applications.
