Stainless Steel 316Ti Instrumentation Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel alloy containing 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, and 0.5-0.7% titanium, with minor contents of carbon, manganese, and silicon. The addition of titanium keeps the alloy stabilized by avoiding carbide precipitation during welding, increasing corrosion resistance and strength. It has good tensile strength and yield strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance to intergranular corrosion, ideal for use in severe environments and elevated temperatures.
