Stainless Steel 316H Welded Tubing is made up of iron, chromium (16-18%), nickel (10-14%), molybdenum (2-3%), and carbon (up to 0.10%), all of which contribute to its enhanced high-temperature strength. This tubing boasts a tensile strength of about 515 MPa and a yield strength of roughly 205 MPa, with a minimum elongation of 40%. The molybdenum content helps improve resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, while the higher carbon content boosts creep resistance and mechanical stability when exposed to high temperatures.
