Stainless Steel 310 and 310S Welded Pipes contain mainly chromium (24-26%), nickel (19-22%), and iron, with trace amounts of manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, and carbon. Grade 310 contains more carbon, whereas 310S contains less carbon for better weldability and less carbide precipitation. Both grades possess superior tensile strength of about 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%, along with excellent oxidation and creep resistance at high temperatures up to 1100°C, and can be applied in harsh service conditions.

Stainless Steel 310 and 310S Welded Pipes are highly utilized for high-temperature industrial applications, such as furnace components, heat exchangers, kilns, and thermal equipment for processing.
