Seamless Pipes made of Stainless Steel 304 contain mostly 18-20% chromium and 8-10.5% nickel, which offers superior corrosion resistance and oxidation protection. The alloy further contains trace amounts of manganese, silicon, and carbon to provide strength and durability. Mechanically, the pipes have a tensile strength around 515 MPa and a yield strength of around 205 MPa, with elongation at around 40%. The seamless form provides equality, which gives the pipes resistance to pressure and thermal stress, suitable for demanding industrial applications.
