Nimonic 75 Pipes are made up of mainly 80% Nickel and 20% Chromium with minor additions of Titanium and Carbon. This nickel-chromium alloy demonstrates outstanding resistance to oxidation and scaling at elevated temperatures. Mechanically, Nimonic 75 possesses approximately 850 MPa tensile strength and around 275 MPa yield strength. It shows satisfactory creep resistance and remains stable in temperatures up to 1000°C. The workability and hardness of the alloy render it suitable for welding and forming operations, which increase its usability in harsh temperature and pressure conditions.
