Typically, the tubing boasts a tensile strength ranging from 480–620 MPa, a yield strength of 170–275 MPa, and an elongation of about 35–45%. Monel maintains its mechanical properties across a wide temperature range and offers good weldability and moderate hardness, making it ideal for high-pressure and high-stress situations where both strength and resistance to corrosion are essential.
