Monel K500 Tubing consists of about 63% Nickel, 27–33% Copper, along with small amounts of Aluminum (2.3–3.15%) and Titanium (0.35–0.85%), which enhance its age-hardening properties. This alloy showcases a tensile strength of up to 965 MPa and a yield strength of around 690 MPa, along with good elongation and impressive toughness across a range of temperatures, from cryogenic to elevated. The tubing is non-magnetic, resistant to stress corrosion caused by chlorides, and maintains its integrity in seawater, as well as acidic and alkaline environments. Its seamless design ensures high strength and leak-proof performance in demanding situations.
