Typically, the tubing has a tensile strength ranging from 480–620 MPa, a yield strength of 170–275 MPa, and an elongation of 35–45%. Monel also maintains excellent ductility, toughness, and stability across a broad temperature range. These mechanical properties, paired with its seamless design, make it an ideal choice for precise and reliable instrumentation applications in challenging environments.
