Monel EFW Pipes contain mostly Nickel (63–70%) and Copper (28–34%), with trace minerals such as Iron, Manganese, Carbon, and Silicon. The combination yields good corrosion resistance, particularly in marine and chemical environments. Mechanically, Monel pipes have high tensile strength (up to 550 MPa), satisfactory yield strength (240 MPa), and high ductility with elongation approximately 30–40%. The alloy can sustain performance in a broad range of temperatures with good thermal conductivity and resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
