Inconel 601 Pipes are mainly made up of Nickel (58-63%), Chromium (21-25%), and Iron (the balance), with minor additions of Aluminum, Carbon, and Silicon. This alloy is known for its remarkable resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion. Typical mechanical properties include a tensile strength of about 650 MPa, yield strength around 300 MPa, and an elongation of 30%. It maintains its structural stability and mechanical integrity even under thermal cycling and high-stress conditions, making it perfect for demanding applications.
