Incoloy Instrumentation Tubing is primarily composed of nickel (42–46%), iron (22–27%), and chromium (19–23%), along with small amounts of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. This composition imparts excellent resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and high-temperature stress. It possesses a tensile strength of approximately 550 MPa, a yield strength of around 240 MPa, and elongation of 30%, ensuring mechanical stability in demanding environments. Its ability to retain strength and resist deformation under pressure makes it a reliable material for high-performance instrumentation applications in corrosive and elevated temperature settings.
