Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Tube is composed mainly of nickel (30–35%), iron (39.5% min), and chromium (19–23%), with minimal additions of carbon, aluminum, and titanium. The 800H and 800HT alloys possess improved creep and rupture resistance owing to controlled aluminum-titanium content and carbon. The alloys exhibit superior oxidation and carburization resistance at elevated temperatures. The mechanical properties are generally tensile strength of 450–600 MPa, yield strength of about 200–275 MPa, and elongation of 30–45%, which favor them under severe service conditions.
