Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Pipes are composed of about 30–35% Nickel, 19–23% Chromium, with Iron making up the rest. The 800H and 800HT versions feature a higher carbon content (0.05–0.10%) along with aluminum and titanium, boosting their high-temperature strength. Their typical mechanical properties include a tensile strength of around 500–650 MPa and a yield strength of about 200–275 MPa, along with impressive resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation at temperatures reaching up to 1100°C. These alloys maintain excellent structural integrity even under thermal cycling, making them suitable for pressure vessels, reformers, and piping systems in harsh heat and chemical environments.
