Copper Nickel welded pipes are typically composed of 90% copper and 10% nickel, with small additions of iron and manganese to improve strength and corrosion resistance. These pipes demonstrate excellent resistance to seawater corrosion and biofouling. Mechanically, they exhibit a tensile strength of 310–345 MPa, yield strength of around 110 MPa, and elongation of approximately 30%. Their thermal stability, good weldability, and moderate machinability make them highly suitable for both high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
