Known for their precision engineering and consistent product performance, Aman Pipes and Tubes deliver tubing solutions that meet stringent international standards. Their Copper Nickel Instrumentation Tubing is widely recognized for its durability, excellent resistance to corrosion, and ease of fabrication. With its focus on quality and delivery, Aman Pipes and Tubes supply instrumentation tubing to a broad spectrum of industries such as marine, chemical processing, and power generation, offering optimum performance in hostile environments.
Copper Nickel Instrumentation Tubing consists of 90% copper and 10% nickel, with iron and manganese added in trace amounts to improve strength and corrosion resistance. This alloy provides superior resistance to seawater and biofouling. The material has high ductility, tensile strength in the 310–350 MPa range, and decent thermal conductivity. It is relatively insensitive to a wide range of temperatures and pressures, making it well-suited for mission-critical applications where reliability and integrity of structure are crucial in hostile environments, notably those involving saltwater exposure as well as exposure to corrosive fluids.
