This titanium-stabilized alloy is known for its outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion and its ability to maintain strength at high temperatures. With a tensile strength ranging from 515 to 750 MPa and a yield strength of 205 to 275 MPa, it also boasts good elongation and ductility. SS 321 can withstand environments up to 870°C, making it suitable for long-term use under thermal and mechanical stress. Additionally, it offers excellent weldability and creep resistance in high-temperature applications.
