Copper Nickel Tubing typically consists of 90% copper and 10% nickel (Cu-Ni 90/10) or 70% copper and 30% nickel (Cu-Ni 70/30), along with small amounts of iron and manganese for improved strength and corrosion resistance. Mechanically, it offers a tensile strength of 275–350 MPa, good ductility, and excellent thermal conductivity.
