Stainless Steel Welded Pipes generally contain chromium (16–20%), nickel (8–12%), and traces of carbon, manganese, silicon, and molybdenum based on the grade. Mechanical properties comprise a high tensile strength of approximately 500–750 MPa, suitable elongation (30–50%), and up to 200 HB hardness. They can withstand high pressure and temperature. Welding ensures strength and homogeneity, making them suitable for harsh environments. Grades such as 304, 316, and 321 are frequently employed in applications of welded pipes.
